Shah Rukh Khan marked his entry in films with Raj Kanwar’s ‘Deewana’, which released in 1992. He had previously featured in popular TV shows like ‘Fauji’ (1988) and ‘Circus’ (1989). Over the years SRK has featured in numerous hits like ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’, ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’, ‘Swades’, ‘Dil To Paagal Hai’, ‘Mohabbatein’, ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham’, ’Kal Ho Na Ho’ and ‘Main Hoon Na’ to name a few. When Shah Rukh Khan was asked how difficult it is to remain unfazed by the success of other people in the industry, the actor had told PTI that he doesn’t feel the need to compare himself with colleagues and stated, “I am sure, I am being presumptuous, but there are a lot of people out there who say ”wish we become Shah Rukh Khan”. I am Shah Rukh Khan, so why should I want to be someone else?”

Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in 2018 release ‘Zero’, co-starring Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma. The film tanked at the box office and since then the actor has not announced his next movie. SRK is said to be shooting for action entertainer ‘Pathan’. This film stars Deepika Padukone as the leading lady while John Abraham reportedly essays the baddie. Salman Khan has reportedly shot for a cameo in Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Pathan’.
