Lucifer Season 6 Release Date

Lucifer has had a unique journey, after being cancelled by Fox after Season 3, the show was given new life (and a new audience) when it was picked up for a fourth season by Netflix. Despite the pandemic delaying the show’s production, the first half of Season 5 was published in August, and the second half will launch on May 28. Despite the fact that Netflix has yet to announce an official debut date for Lucifer Season 6, the streaming service revealed in June that the show would be returning for a 10-episode final season. The sixth season began filming in October of last year and is expected to wrap in late March 2021, according to cast social media posts. Fans can expect a late 2021 release date at the earliest, but Lucifer Season 6 is most likely to arrive in early 2022.

Lucifer Season 6 Plot

Lucifer’s inner growth and the ways he’s developed throughout the series will be the centrepiece of Season 6. How far Lucifer has progressed and changed, and how this reflects on who he once was. Season 6 of Lucifer offers a more in-depth look at several of the show’s beloved characters while also wrapping up their journeys. Rather than creating a Season 6 by creating an extra season’s worth of content and radically modifying the finale, Henderson and Modrovich decided to expand and slow down the finale they had originally planned.
