Recently ‘Krrish’ marked 15 years of its release. Sharing a video of the same, Hrithik had penned on Twitter, “The past is done. Let’s see what the future brings. #15YearsOfKrrish #Krrish4.” Speaking about ‘Krrish 4’, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan had told a news portal that he is waiting for the coronavirus situation to ease up before starting work on the film. He further stated that that the film is still at the scripting stage and they will finalise the film’s leading lady once the script is complete. This superhero franchise started with ‘Koi… Mil Gaya’ in 2003, followed by ‘Krrish’ in 2006 and ‘Krrish 3’ in 2013.
On the big screen Hrithik Roshan was last seen in action entertainer ‘War’ with Tiger Shroff. For his next movie, Hrithik will be seen essaying the role of a gangster. He has joined forces with Saif Ali Khan for the Hindi remake of ‘Vikram Vedha’. A source close to the film had told ETimes, “Hrithik will be seen playing a gangster and will portray the role of Vedha in the film which is quite exciting.” The team was scheduled to start shooting from mid-July but the delta strain of COVID has delayed the plans. The team of ‘Vikram Vedha’ remake will now shoot abroad and later complete the Mumbai schedule.
